About Your Visit

Reservations
Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend planning 1 to 2 weeks out for special occasions and large groups. Please have your Credit Card on hand to guarantee your reservation. Spirits of Beauty does give courtesy phone calls the afternoon prior to your scheduled appointment although it is ultimately your responsibility to keep your appointment.

Clothing
We suggest wearing something comfortable. Specific attire such as robes and smocks are provided for specific treatments. Open toed sandals and loose bottoms are recommended if you are to receive a pedicure.

Check In
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment as it allows for necessary prep-time.

Lateness & Cancellations
The salon & spa services you select are reserved especially for you. In fairness to our guests & staff, for cancellations please call to cancel a minimum of 24 hours for a single service, and one week for group reservations. We understand that there are unavoidable circumstances, although failure to cancel your appointments will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service.

Services that begin late will finish on time so that the next guest is not delayed. We may not be able to extend reserved services for late arrivals and tardiness may result in rescheduling of your service as a whole. We ask that you arrive early to prevent the above..

Payment
We accept American Express, Debit cards, MasterCard, and Visa. We cannot accept out of state, out of town, or credit card checks as payment. We do however accept local personal checks with Proper I.D. Returned checks will result in a $25 fee.

Spa Policy
To ensure a tranquil spa experience for all our guests we ask that you please observe the following policies:
*Please maintain a quiet tone of voice during your service.
*No cell phones or beepers, please.
*Please plan childcare ahead of time.
*Consumption of alcohol is not recommended prior to massage and/or body treatments.
